This is the online version of e4all, the official monthly magazine of Dubai eGovernment.
The main goal of both the magazine and this website is to promote government departments online services, thereby creating and increasing awareness of government e-services.

Our overall objective is to create a change in people's attitude towards the way of using government services. We aim at convincing individuals and companies to adopt innovative ways of dealing with the government, such as the internet and the mobile phone.

The magazine evaluates and studies the standards of eServices through customer satisfaction and other analytical statistics, while highlighting the successful initiatives and projects of Dubai eGovernment and government departments.

The first printed issue of the magazine was published in November 2003. All issues have been included in this website.
